Hunter is designed using a client/server architecture. A rack-mounted PC server is integral
to the radar unit, where the statistical database and all accumulated
information is stored.
The Hunter Client can be loaded on any computer with a broadband ethernet connection,
allowing each Hub to be accessed remotely by technicians, managers or the NOC.
Administration and user ID authorizations are maintained within each server,
providing segmented levels of service by user type. The Hunter Client also
allows Arcom Digital to quickly provide services to the customer, including
map updates or plant extensions, software upgrades or web-based training of system personnel.
